Toby has coped remarkably well and has fitted in to his new life style with all the enthusiasm of the delighful dog that he is. Still immature but has so much to contribute to our gene pool. A red gold shaded sable with the longest neck and superb layback of shoulder I have ever seen on a Sheltie. Unfortunately Toby's coat has never gained the length he had when he arrived so while he has his NZ title he will only be shown occasionally. Whether this was due to the total change in climate we will never know. A super boy to live with, a real character who would rather be running & playing in our large garden with his toys than going to dog shows. His first 2 litters have produced show winners with his daughter from Sherri (CH Romanoc Mae Merri Mint) Kate is almost titled and his daughter from Swe'tes (NZ CH Hillswick Sweet Interlud (Imp Aust) winning Baby Puppy of Group at our prestigious National dog show under a Swedish judge.
